Module 1: Intro to New FMEA Requirements / Process

Module 2: Process FMEA Requirements / Process

Note: We put this before Design since this will be more common for most auditors. We will review this in more detail, then will focus on the differences in the DFMEA Module

Module 3: Design FMEA Requirements / Process

• Learning Objective: Apply AIAG/VDA’s new DFMEA Process to develop and use criteria to critique / audit against.

Module 4: Auditing FMEA’s

• Learning Objective: Utilize adopted criteria and audit tips to audit FMEAs, follow audit trails based on FMEA requirements, the process, and inputs and outputs
