A good Management System includes the the methodology for classifying non-conformances when found.  This course provides guidance on a technique used by a registrar's auditors to classify non-conformances.

The Effective Corrective Action Course addresses what is important.  Also just as important is HOW they are presented.  Opportunities are usually positive and when Effective Corrective Actions are presented in a positive manner, the probability for success increases.

Each course provide an exam.  If the student passes the exam (>70%), a certificate is awarded for each course.
